year’s registration process.
答：鼓励大家上网进行注册并缴费，可以节约现场同工的大量工作。由于提供场地的校方要求提前10天确认住宿与餐饮人数，仅限“早鸟网上报名”的与会者可选择学校住宿（包含钥匙押金）与餐饮。而“非早鸟网上报名”及“现场Walk-In报名”的与会者将无法选择住宿与餐饮服务，需自行安排。因此强烈鼓励大家尽早完成网上注册Encouraging everyone to
Register online, which can greatly
reduce the workload for staff on-site. As the host school requires confirmation of lodging and meal
numbers 10 days in advance, only participants who complete the "early bird online registration" will
be eligible to select school lodging and meal services. Participants who register after the early
bird deadline or register on-site ("walk-in registration") will not be able to choose the lodging
and meal services and will need to make their own arrangements. Therefore, we strongly encourage
everyone to complete their online registration as early as possible.

学校规定需按三晚缴费（07/03-07/06），费用为
$75/床（三晚总价）。如需节约费用，与家长一起住宿的4-11岁儿童可以选择不交住宿费，但需跟家长挤一床或者自带睡袋帐篷在房间安置(参考问6)。The school requires lodging
payment for three nights (July 3–July 6) at a rate of $75 per bed (total for three
nights). Children
aged 4-11 can skip the lodging option to save cost, but have to share a bed with parents or bring a

65岁以上长者或行动不便者及家属可申请入住紧邻会场的 Hamilton Hall宿舍（公用洗手间及淋浴房，无需通勤）。报名时选择住宿与餐饮后，请务必在“特殊住宿需求”栏点击“编辑”，明确填写“长者住宿”。Seniors aged 65 and above, and
individuals with mobility difficulties and their family members, may apply to stay at Hamilton Hall,
a dormitory adjacent to the conference venue (no need to commute, but only have Community Bath
Stalls). After selecting lodging and meal options during registration, please be sure to click
“Edit” under the “Special Accommodation Requests” section and indicate “Elders Special Dorm Needs”.
问2：网上注册付费有没有附加费用？ Will there be any extra
charge for making an online payment?
答：使用电子支票e-check 没有附加费用。其它付费方式（信用卡和银行卡）一律附加2.5%的银行手续费。 If you are paying with an
e-check, there will be no extra charge. For any other payment methods, an extra 2.5% surcharge will
be added to the registration fee amount.
问3：我能不能像以前一样，填写好注册单和支票一起寄到承办教会注册? Can I still fill out the
registration form and mail it to the host church with the payment check, as in previous
years?
答：对不起，为鼓励大家上网注册及缴费，今年取消纸质注册表。若需要协助，请洽寻教会代表，或洽寻本年承办教会克利夫兰华人基督徒教会注册负责人. No, the paper form of
registration is cancelled this year. We encourage everyone to register and pay online. If you need

问4：学校宿舍钥匙保证金如何收取和退还？How to pay and
get a
refund
of
the school
dorm key deposit?
答：网上早鸟注册时如果选择学校住宿，住宿费会包含$40/人钥匙保证金。离营时交还钥匙，即退还保证金(参考问1). A deposit of $40
per
person will be
collected during the online early bird registration when you select the lodging
service. It will
be refunded when you turn in the key during checkout (Refer to
Q&A 1).

答：一般宿舍每个房间都只有两张单人床 (有少數的單人或三人房間) 。 4-11 岁孩童只有跟父母，或 2 位付床位的家人/监护人共住一房时，才可免缴住宿费，但必须自备睡袋。 Each regular room only has
two twin-size beds. (There is a limited number of single and triple rooms.). Kids aged 4~11 are only entitled to a
free stay when they lodge in a fully paid room (2 beds) with parents/family/guardian. Bring your
sleeping bag and
tents.
问7：请问18岁以下的未成年人，没有父母/监护人的陪同也能参加夏令会吗? Can an age-18 minor person
attend without a parent/legal guardian companion?
答：十八岁以下无家长陪同者, 须有父母/监护人的委托书及医疗授权书, 才能完成报名手续。请至MCCA 网站填好电子表格，系统将自动生成可打印的格式报表，送到您指定的邮箱内，请自行打印并签名后，交给夏令会期间的临时监护人，于报到时交给MCCA注册组，才能完成报到手续。 Minors (under 18 years of
age) who are not accompanied by a parent are required to complete the ENTRUSTMENT AND MEDICAL
RELEASE forms with a
parent/guardian's signature. Parents/Legal Guardians may go to MCCA website to fill in an electronic
form, then print and sign the form sent from the system to your designated email address. Give both
signed forms to the temporary guardian of your child during MCCA retreat. All minors have to
present both forms to complete the
registration process.
问8：我是否可以住其它的旅馆？ Can I stay in hotels or
motels instead of the Wright State University dorm?
答：如果不便住宿学生宿舍，可以住宿校外。不过，为了节省您的时间，我们鼓励参加者留在夏令会场地与其他弟兄姐妹和朋友有较好的团契。 If the student dorm is not
suitable for your situation, it’s up to you to stay off campus. However, for you to save your
commute time and have better fellowship with other brothers, sisters, and friends, we encourage you
to stay at the Wright State University campus.
问9：如界我只想参加一个晚上，我是否需要注册并缴纳注册费？ If I just want to stay
one night to attend the keynote speaker’s session, do I need to register and pay the full
registration fee?
答：需要。注册费是用来支付会议设施，各项行政支出，和讲员的所有费用，您的注册费将使许多人获益，MCCA为此献上最诚挚的感谢。 Yes. The purpose of the
registration fee is to cover the cost of the conference facility, administration expenses, and
speakers’ traveling expenses. Your registration fee is essential to MCCA and is going to bring
blessings to many souls.
问10：什么是儿童节目的年龄范围？ What is the age ranges
for the children program?
答：由WOL专业机构提供的儿童节目，年龄范围是四周岁至八年级The children’s
program is provided by WOL
Children's Ministry for kids between age-4 to 8th grade.
问11：夏令会有青少年节目吗？ Do you have programs for
Youth?
答：有。九年级及以上的青少年请参加英文节目。 Yes. 9th grader and above
join the English
program.
问12：夏令会有提供幼儿看顾给四周岁以下的幼儿吗？ Do you provide childcare
for children under 4?
答：有，我们有提供幼儿看顾给四周岁以下的幼儿 Yes. Childcare will be
provided for children under 4 years old.
问13：婴幼儿父母是否被要求帮助看顾？ Will the parents of the
baby and toddler be asked to help?
答：对于婴幼儿，父母是最好的看护者。我们建议基督徒家长们登记帮助。但是，这并不是强制性的。 For young children, parents
are the best care providers. We recommend that Christian parents sign up to help, but this is not
mandatory.
问14：今年还提供大会主要信息和各个专题录音的购买吗？ Will the audio record of
all MCCA messages be available for purchase?
答：今年所有与会者都能免费下载MCCA全部主题或专题信息录音。 The download privilege of all
keynote and workshop messages is free to every attendee of MCCA this year.

餐费和住宿费在6月22日后如无特殊情况（如生病，紧急家庭事务）一般不可退，因为在6月23日将会把这笔费用支付给学校。Dining and lodging fees are
not refundable(unless there is an emergency like illness) after 06/22, since we will pay the school
on06/23 for that cost to buy meals and dorm keys based on cut-off day numbers, the school will not
refund any cost after 06/23.
